The Cook role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. The position supports food service at the Moderna Cambridge location through Flik Hospitality Group. The cook prepares and serves food to established recipes and service schedules while maintaining quality, portion control, temperature, and food-safety standards. The role also includes kitchen cleaning, equipment care, inventory and ordering support, recordkeeping, and coordination with coworkers and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals while meeting presentation and temperature standards
• taste prepared items
• follow ticket procedures and maintain service records
• clean kitchen areas and store or discard food safely
• maintain refrigerators and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents
• attend safety meetings
• follow HACCP and company safety procedures.
