What you'll do

• Provide activities of daily living within the scope of practice and care plan
• change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies
• ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and body mechanics
• record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, and food consumption as assigned
• turn and position residents
• answer call lights
• maintain housekeeping standards
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested.
