The Data Warehouse Specialist role is hybrid in Arlington, VA, with three days onsite each week at the customer facility and two days remote. Compensation is $116,000–$130,000 per year. ZenPoint Solutions provides IT services in the federal sector and this role supports a federal customer’s program. The specialist collects, analyzes, and interprets complex datasets to inform policy, improve operations, and support mission-critical decisions. The role develops data models, reports, and visualizations while maintaining data quality, integrity, governance, and reporting capabilities; U.S. citizenship and the ability to attain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) Public Trust T3 are required.

What you'll do

• Cleanse and standardize data
• assess data quality and identify patterns and trends
• plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems
• assess repositories for data-governance compliance
• create SQL queries and Power BI reports and dashboards
• analyze data from multiple systems and audit databases
• maintain data integrity, standards, databases, and database objects
• coordinate project milestones
• identify process improvements and work with business users and IT partners to remediate gaps
• recommend processes and reports to monitor data quality.
