Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• develop, communicate, implement, and enforce health and safety plans
• conduct subcontractor orientations

• monitor purchases, wages, and budget
• organize workers and conduct daily inspections
• coordinate with government inspectors
• oversee field quality control and corrective work
• write daily reports and progress records
• monitor productivity and schedule
• identify delays and develop solutions
• maintain project schedules and records.
