What you'll do

• Provide licensed care in accordance with physician orders and applicable standards
• give and receive nursing reports
• maintain clean and sanitary work and care areas
• direct and supervise certified nursing assistant services for the assigned unit
• record vital signs and provide catheter, IV, and respiratory care within license limitations
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• document nursing notes
• monitor controlled drugs and resident safety
• report shift activities
• admit, transfer, or discharge residents as needed.
