What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting
• provide medication reminders
• support meal planning, preparation, and housekeeping
• offer companionship and respite care
• assist with shopping, errands, and transportation as specified in the care plan
• support written diet plans and communication
• monitor client safety and report unsafe conditions
• follow agency policies and care plans.
