HVAC Service Coordinator

Job overview

The HVAC Service Coordinator role is onsite in Bellingham, WA, and pays $23–$32 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. West Mechanical has served the greater Bellingham area as an HVAC and mechanical service provider for more than 40 years.

What you'll do

• Manage the service calendar and technician assignments, schedule new and return appointments, and help oversee the technician on-call schedule.
• Keep customers informed about appointment timing and expectations, maintain customer information and service documentation, prepare technician timecards and service invoices, communicate with field technicians, and adjust schedules when priorities change.
