Customer Service Clerk

What you'll do

• Enter orders for SFG facilities
• communicate order problems to sales representatives and brokers
• transmit daily shortage information
• coordinate holiday delivery schedules
• assist with departmental tasks during vacations and vacancies
• ensure appointment times meet customer demands
• handle will calls and special orders
• enter SOP credit notes.
