Distribution & Production Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate fabrication and warehouse distribution activities
• manage raw-material inventory and daily production scheduling
• coordinate work orders for kitting and light assembly
• lead, train, coach, and assess production and distribution associates
• execute business plan objectives
• develop operational KPIs
• monitor on-time delivery
• establish and enforce policies and controls
• analyze workflows and implement plant operations improvements.

Why this role

Requires at least 5 years of full employee lifecycle management experience in a fabrication/distribution center and 7–10 years of warehousing or production experience in an industrial setting. Some limited travel is required. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
