Certified Medication Assistant

What you'll do

• Complete medication passes under charge nurse supervision
• report changes in patient condition or concerns to the Patient Care Supervisor
• follow PRN charting guidelines
• report medication reorders
• participate in assigned meetings, training, education, and in-service
• document drug inventory on appropriate forms.
