What you'll do

• Receive, process, and coordinate incoming sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries
• schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments
• coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
• track sold vehicles and hot sheets
• confirm special-order parts
• follow up with phone and internet sales leads
• maintain paperwork and records
• provide administrative assistance.
