Fence Installer and Laborer

The Fence Installer and Laborer role is onsite in Butler, PA. Compensation is $14.00–$18.00 per hour. Penn Fence installs commercial, industrial, and residential fencing across Western Pennsylvania. The role supports fence installation crews by preparing materials and sites, assisting with installation, and completing cleanup. Team members follow crew-leader direction and help install fence systems, gates, and hardware according to plans and company practices.

What you'll do

• Load trucks and secure loads
• follow crew-leader directions
• assist with fence layout using drawings, surveys, plans, and pins
• help auger post holes with hand and power tools
• drive fence posts
• prepare concrete
• assist with installation of vinyl, chain-link, ornamental, wood, and other fence systems
• assist with gates and hardware
• clean job-related debris from customer property.
