What you'll do

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales
• execute marketing campaigns and community outreach
• manage club social media
• follow up with members and prospects
• collect delinquent accounts
• qualify and convert prospects
• clean and maintain the club and equipment
• review reports and identify trends
• complete deposits and inventory counts
• attend meetings and training
• lead staff meetings, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
