Quality Supervisor

The role also investigates concerns, improves processes, and coordinates staffing, training, and documentation to support facility goals.

What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams on operational performance and product quality
• support quality assurance and food safety programs, including process controls, sanitation, HACCP, GMPs, labeling, warehousing, and distribution
• plan staffing and schedules
• investigate production, quality, and food-safety concerns
• maintain required documentation
• coordinate across departments
• lead, coach, and train assigned employees.
