What you'll do

• Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
• scrub and circulate for complex procedures, including open-heart surgery
• assist the surgical team throughout perioperative care
• monitor patient status and respond to changes
• maintain a sterile environment and follow safety protocols
• collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, perfusionists, and the interdisciplinary team
• contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

Why this role
