Accounting Manager

The role strengthens financial reporting, controls, and systems as the company grows, while overseeing billing, collections, payables, and accounting processes.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and front desk administration
• maintain the general ledger and reconciliations
• support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• prepare and review financial reports
• supervise billing and collections
• oversee vendor invoices, payments, expenses, and 1099 filings
• support cash flow, controls, audits, tax filings, and insurance reporting
• develop staff and improve accounting processes and ERP utilization.
