What you'll do

• Coordinate implementation of new and renewing clients
• arrange strategy meetings and document collection
• analyze and negotiate benefits and rates
• request carrier renewals and conduct renewal meetings
• negotiate renewals and obtain open-market quotes when needed
• finalize benefit selections
• monitor benefit administration portals and submission deadlines
• conduct first-bill audits
• build client relationships and support retention
• respond to client requests and provide status updates
• support benefits compliance and filings, including COBRA.
