Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Job overview

The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role is onsite in Bridgewater, NJ, and is part-time, with pay of $22–$27.50 per hour. The position supports residents at the Mira Vie at Bridgewater community under the direction of the Director, Health and Wellness. The aide provides medication management and personal care in accordance with resident service plans and physician orders. The role also documents care, communicates changes and resident needs, and supports safe, compliant services.

• Follow resident service plans
• pass medications according to physician orders and medication administration records
• document completed tasks and observed changes
• communicate resident needs with other medication aides and medical professionals
• participate in meal service
• maintain required certifications and training
• follow applicable care, safety, and privacy requirements.
