Floor Supervisor — Restaurant Front of House

Job overview

The Floor Supervisor role is onsite in Santa Barbara, CA. Compensation is $27 per hour, and flexible availability is required for up to 40 hours per week. Acme Hospitality operates restaurants and boutique hotels and aims to create hospitality experiences that inspire people and build camaraderie. The supervisor leads front-of-house operations during service, supporting the General Manager and Executive Chef to maintain guest satisfaction, team readiness, and efficient operations. The role also oversees service standards, cash handling, inventory support, opening and closing procedures, and team training as directed.

What you'll do

• Set service tone and support guest satisfaction
• monitor cleanliness, signage, music, lighting, and temperature
• help maintain appropriate staffing under manager oversight
• support the General Manager and Executive Chef during peak service
• oversee cash handling and daily manager logs
• support inventory counts
• execute opening and closing checklists
• maintain POS information and operational materials
• assist with onboarding and training
• reinforce company policies and escalate concerns to the General Manager.
