What you'll do

• Manage assigned repossessed vehicles through auction sale and final disposition
• prepare and issue required post-repossession notices within established timelines
• obtain, review, track, and resolve title documentation
• assess condition reports, valuations, market information, and auction results
• establish auction floor prices
• review bids and offers
• evaluate repair and reconditioning recommendations
• monitor inventory and delays
• track sale proceeds, fees, repairs, and transportation expenses
• maintain collateral records and documentation
• monitor vendor performance
• prepare inventory, sale, recovery, expense, and title-status reports
• maintain knowledge of applicable practices and requirements.
