What you'll do

• Complete a three-month training curriculum in sales fundamentals, referral development, and industry knowledge
• shadow experienced Liaisons on referral visits
• develop relationship-building, follow-up, and territory-management skills under mentorship
• begin supervised relationships with referral sources as training progresses
• learn to communicate empathetically with families
• study the competitive landscape
• track learning milestones and competency checkpoints
• represent Corus professionally in the Albuquerque care community.
