What you'll do

• Analyze market data and create plans for marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and annual sales forecasts
• deliver weekly sales activity and monthly sales expense reports
• establish strategies to meet and exceed monthly room-booking goals aligned with hotel and revenue-management objectives
• solicit new guests through outbound sales to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups
• coordinate with management and department heads on sales strategies to achieve occupancy and profitability.
