What you'll do

• Prepare food to the chef’s specifications and set up and stock kitchen stations.
• Measure and assemble ingredients, collaborate with the Executive Chef and cooks during dining hours, maintain food inventories and storage temperatures, rotate stock, restock for subsequent shifts, and clean and sanitize the kitchen.
• Follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety requirements and maintain a professional approach with coworkers and customers.
