What you'll do

• Perform plant maintenance involving boiler operation and maintenance, electrical work, basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry
• maintain devices and equipment in the hospital physical plant
• obtain a Class C underground storage operators permit within six months
• and complete required workplace-violence or non-violent crisis intervention training every two years.
