What you'll do

• Review prior-year returns and files to create document requests
• coordinate collection and follow-up
• track missing documents
• conduct pre-preparation reviews and prepare intake notes
• process entity formations and state filings
• monitor annual report deadlines
• advise on entity types while routing technical questions
• guide intake procedures and workflow priorities
• communicate with clients and refine procedures and templates.
