• lead device bring-up and debugging with manufacturers
• assess supplier designs and changes
• resolve issues across firmware, mobile apps, and cloud services
• contribute to multi-protocol product architecture
• improve factory and provisioning workflows
• write technical specifications and integration guides
• serve as a technical liaison to partners.
