What you'll do

• Welcome and orient incoming clients
• conduct intake screening and discharge procedures
• develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• maintain required documentation and electronic health records
• participate in shift-change reporting and crisis response
• perform property safety checks
• monitor vital signs as needed when applicable
• witness client self-administration of medication and document it
• coordinate referrals with the case manager
• maintain census records
• supervise meal preparation and prepare or serve meals when necessary
• follow HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality requirements.
