Business Development Center Service Representative

The Business Development Center Service Representative role is onsite in Chesapeake, VA, with base compensation of $14–$16 per hour. The position supports First Team Automotive Group’s centralized Service BDC, which schedules customers’ next service visits. The representative responds to customer inquiries, manages lead information, and generates service appointments. Accurate, courteous follow-up helps customers arrange service and supports the group’s customer experience and service operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to internet and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
• enter customer inquiry data into CRM and other systems
• generate service appointments
• conduct phone and email campaigns for recalls and missed appointments
• conduct phone surveys about customer preferences and service quality
• use lead management tools
• provide ethical, customer-focused service.
