What you'll do

• Meet, greet, and tour prospects
• achieve individual and group leasing targets
• respond promptly to online inquiries
• understand leasing trends, traffic, and availability
• maintain models and tour routes
• close leasing opportunities
• maintain lead information in Resman and Knock
• follow up with prospects
• manage the waitlist
• execute screening procedures and lease paperwork
• collect move-in funds and fees
• support community customer service.
