What you'll do

• Lead the training team and oversee trainer development.
• Lead the new restaurant setup and organization.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Execute shift management according to operations and safety standards.
• Perform restaurant performance standards observation walks and document results.
• Support strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
