What you'll do

• Manage estimating cycles using HCSS, Trimble Business Center, On Screen Takeoff, and other tools
• prepare self-perform civil and earthwork estimates
• compile and present proposals
• oversee multiple projects
• review subcontractor payment requests and vendor billing
• prepare cost projections and forecasts
• guide assistant project managers and project engineers
• implement quality procedures
• monitor safety practices and project schedules.
