Fixed Asset Accountant

What you'll do

• Process fixed-asset additions, transfers, and disposals
• administer capital expenditure and fixed-asset tracking databases
• maintain project invoice files
• reconcile construction in process to the general ledger monthly
• prepare journal entries and monthly capital expenditure, CIP, vehicle overhaul, and fixed-asset reports
• present information at capital expenditure meetings
• prepare annual external audit schedules
• maintain operating standards and identify process improvements.
