What you'll do

• Build and lead commercial sales across preventive maintenance, service, and targeted project work
• develop a growth strategy aligned with margin, capacity, and operational goals
• create a qualified pipeline
• personally advance key deals from pursuit through close and operational handoff
• strengthen relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners
• partner with operations and estimating
• and establish sales processes, forecasting, and CRM practices.
