What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction phases from client meetings and permitting through closeout
• develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• track progress and implement corrective actions
• manage subcontractor, supplier, and vendor bidding, contracts, and performance
• conduct site visits and inspections
• serve as primary contact for clients and project stakeholders
• ensure building-code and safety compliance
• prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, change orders, and RFIs
• identify and mitigate risks
• lead and mentor on-site teams.
