What you'll do

• Monitor behavior using trauma-informed care and positive reinforcement

• supervise and mentor residents

• organize therapeutic and recreational activities
• transport residents to appointments and community programs
• maintain records
• communicate with team members and clinical staff
• participate in meetings and training
• follow emergency, safety, and reporting procedures.
