The role exists to plan, supervise, and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The supervisor provides hands-on leadership to electricians and technicians while supporting production, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead electrical work in compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation failures.
• Coordinate electrical support for shutdowns and capital projects.
• Manage work orders and team development.
