What you'll do

• Oversee and maintain building equipment
• coordinate repairs and general building and grounds maintenance with the Blankenbaker Maintenance Team
• liaise with contractors
• conduct advanced repairs and preventive maintenance
• generate, receive, and complete work orders and maintain records
• ensure contractors follow church policies and OSHA regulations
• operate shop equipment and hand tools.
