The role exists to independently oversee plant quality and regulatory compliance, with authority to stop work and reject nonconforming materials, helping ensure modular structures meet applicable codes and certification requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee quality and exercise stop-work authority
• secure, log, track, and apply state certification insignias and data plates
• execute, witness, document, and sign off on required plumbing, electrical, and building-envelope tests
• manage non-conformance and corrective-action records and five-year QA/QC archives
• maintain the plant training matrix
• liaise with state inspectors and third-party inspection agencies.
