What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and written bids for commercial and industrial painting projects
• review architectural drawings and analyze scope
• conduct pre-bid walkthroughs and post-award site evaluations as required
• prepare proposals with scope, pricing, assumptions, clarifications, and exclusions
• use estimating platforms
• maintain client relationships
• coordinate project handoffs with project managers
• provide estimating support to other divisions as required.
