What you'll do

• Lead recruiting strategy and full-cycle hiring from intake through onboarding
• partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize roles and define sourcing strategies
• build consistent recruiting processes and talent pipelines
• conduct market research
• create job postings
• source and pre-screen candidates
• develop structured interview tools
• coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication
• coach hiring managers
• support early-career programs and partnerships with educational and community organizations.
