The role also serves as a primary clinical research coordinator on at least one medium- to high-complexity trial, helping the site conduct studies responsibly and expand patient access to therapeutic options.

What you'll do

• Maintain site compliance with protocols, laws, regulations, and procedures
• supervise and train site staff
• coordinate feasibility and study placement
• plan and support enrollment
• serve as primary CRC on at least one medium- to high-complexity trial and back up other procedures as needed
• work with Quality Assurance on site quality and CAPAs
• build relationships that support patient recruitment
• communicate with study subjects, sponsors, CROs, vendors, and internal teams
• support scalable operations at new regional sites as needed.
