The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Saint Albans, VT, with pay of $30–$40 per hour. Healthcare Services Group supports clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility and aims to enhance resident health and well-being. The dietitian assesses residents’ clinical nutrition needs, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, and provides education and counseling. The role contributes to coordinated care and regulatory compliance; coverage at multiple buildings may be provided based on company needs and the employee’s preference.

What you'll do

• Assess residents’ and patients’ clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the electronic medical record
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities
• provide nutrition education and counseling
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• follow applicable regulations and company standards.
