Career Consulting Partners is recruiting for a boutique law firm with a 30-plus-year legacy in trust and estate law. The attorney owns a mixed caseload from intake through resolution, develops legal strategy, manages client relationships, supervises staff, and represents fiduciaries in court-supervised proceedings involving uncontested administration and contested litigation.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and file probate and administration petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, and distribution petitions
  • advise trustees on fiduciary duties, trust interpretation, and California probate code compliance
  • draft Heggstad, instructions, and Probate Code 17200 petitions
  • handle conservatorship appointments and related care plans, reports, and status filings
  • administer disability trusts while complying with Medi-Cal, SSI, and public benefit requirements.
