Community Engagement Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and lead Minnesota community engagement and market presence strategies
• identify stakeholders and assess community sentiment
• build relationships with local officials and community organizations
• represent Sparkfund at meetings and facilitate outreach events
• coordinate with internal teams on project timelines and community perspectives
• support local approvals and maintain stakeholder records
• help develop accessible messaging. Regular travel throughout Minnesota and occasional overnight or out-of-state travel are required.
