What you'll do

• Research accounting topics and write policy memos for complex transactions
• analyze debt and equity instruments, revenue arrangements, fair value, and investment structures
• oversee construction-in-progress accounting and maintain the fixed-asset ledger
• partner with Construction, Real Estate, and FP&A
• support reporting packages, technical audit requests, and SOX-standard documentation.
