What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes, preparation procedures, and par levels
• maintain presentation standards
• work service to meet food delivery expectations
• communicate ordering needs to Culinary Leadership
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow sanitation and hygiene standards
• work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including shifts of 10 hours or more.
