What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and individual, family, and other psychotherapy within professional scope
- develop and document treatment plans
- maintain therapeutic contact with clients and appropriate communication with parents or caregivers
- conduct field visits as required
- monitor progress, risk, and treatment response
- provide crisis assessment, intervention, and safety planning
- coordinate family involvement, discharge, and aftercare
- collaborate with program personnel
- provide clinical consultation
- complete compliant clinical documentation
- participate in clinical staffing, case consultation, quality improvement, risk management, and training.
