The School Psychologist role is onsite in North Aurora, IL, with standard operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $75,000–$108,000 per year. The Menta Education Group’s mission is to provide innovative solutions to critical problems in education and human services. The psychologist provides regional leadership and collaborates with students, families, educators, and other professionals to support academic, social, and emotional needs. The work includes assessment, intervention planning, consultation, progress monitoring, and program evaluation, with local travel to the school network and occasional regional travel.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with parents, educators, and professionals
• contribute to the social-emotional components of the IEP process, including functional assessment, behavior intervention planning, and SEL goal writing
• develop evidence-based interventions
• consult with school staff and families
• analyze data, monitor progress, and evaluate programs
• travel locally and occasionally regionally.
