What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, and maintain compressed air, steam, refrigeration, water treatment, wastewater, electrical, generator, and UPS systems
- perform routine checks and record readings
- troubleshoot and repair equipment
- maintain HVAC and building systems
- complete preventive maintenance and CMMS work orders
- use SCADA and BMS monitoring systems
- follow safety, environmental, regulatory, GMP, and food safety procedures
- assist with utility emergencies and facility service requests.
