What you'll do

• Lead scheduling, registration, insurance verification, authorizations, financial counseling, estimates, collections, and check-in workflows
• coordinate scheduled cases with clinical leadership
• support patient rights, privacy, and grievance processes
• maintain medical-record systems and survey evidence
• monitor front-end revenue-cycle performance and reconcile applicable transactions
• hire, train, supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate business-office staff
• participate in audits, tracers, leadership meetings, and accreditation and regulatory readiness.
